Psychosis Lolipop

walk into a bar of petaled soap
emery face
hard pumice distortion

skry

terracotta baked lamb
dregs of olive oil
cool grained tahini

lowering myself slowly
falling into it again

St. summer and steep pink yarrow
tart apple mint
half sweet melon
half tiefling
sulphur soda
bag editorial
whimpering
down metal steps
to mine own Moroccan palm garden.

Let’s never of it talk again,
little stacked graffitied bricks.

Peach
put myself in danger.

Open window one side
Open window another

render this imaginary chum
and god
flash the camera already!

Not sleeping so well
so promise me
when you lay down
house martin will rest on
fiddlehead artichoke pomegranate caramel

Notes

Written after a sleepless night and thinking about being in active psychosis.
